Abigail Spencer

Abigail Leigh Spencer (born August 4 1981) is an American actor. She's best known for the roles she appeared in the film Cowboys & Aliens. The Haunting in Connecticut 2 Ghosts of Georgia Oz the Great & Powerful, This Is Where I Leave You. Her current role is Amantha Holden in the Sundance Channel show, a drama called Rectify. Abigail Leigh Spencer, an American actress and film director who is also a TV producer. She gained fame for roles she played in drama series Rectify. A native of Gulf Breeze Florida she made her acting debut by playing a part in the soap opera All My Children. For her work she received the Soap Opera Digest Award as the most outstanding female newcomer. In the following years, she mainly played guest parts on various TV shows. In the series Hawthorne She was highly recognized for her role as the role of Dr. Erin Jameson. With her amazing looks and a dazzling acting ability her character slowly garnered an enormous fan base. Her first film appearance came at 20 years old, acting in the movie Campfire Stones. Jekyll This Means War was another film in which she played a leading role. Her role in Beautiful Now earned her a nomination in the Madrid International Film Festival Award. The main character in Timeless plays Lucy Preston, history professor. Spencer was praised from critics regarding her character in the sci-fi show Timeless. The actress has also been nominated for a Teen Choice Award.
