Tramar Lacel Daillard, also known as Flo
Rida is an American musician and rapper. He is from Carol City in Florida. His
most popular single, "Low", reached number one in the United States
for 10 weeks and set a new record for downloads via digital. Flo Rida’s debut
studio album called Mail on Sunday reached no. 4 in the US. R.O.O.T.S. followed
the album in the United States. The following albums, 2010's Only One Flo (Part
1), and 2012's Wild Ones also charted on US Billboard 200. Flo Rida has sold
nearly 80 million records across the globe making him one of the best-selling
music artists. His catalogue includes international popular singles "Right
Round", "Club Can't Handle Me", "Good Feeling",
"Wild Ones", "Whistle", "I Cry", "G.D.F.R.
", "My House" Mail on Sunday, Flo Rida's debut album was
released in March of 2008. The single "Low" featuring T-Pain is the
first track from the album. The track was also included in the soundtrack of
Step Up 2: The Streets. "Low" made it to the top spot at No. 1 on the
Billboard Hot 100 chart. "Elevator" featuring Timbaland, "In the
Ayer" featuring will.i.am and "Roll" featuring Sean Kingston,
charted on the Hot 100, as well as other charts. Mail featured a variety of
guests on Sunday including T-Pain. Timbaland appears on the track as well. He
produced the second single, "Elevator". Rick Ross, Trey Songz and
Trey Songz were also featured. Lil Wayne performed the song "American
Superstar" while Sean Kingston sang "Roll" which was co-written
by Spitfiya a Compton rapper. Birdman, Brisco and Yung Joc are also guests.
"Money Right", featuring Brisco and Rick Ross, was scheduled to be
the fourth single but it was cancelled because of the release of Flo Rida's
second studio album, R.O.O.T.S. He recorded his second collaboration with
T.Pain, "I Bet" and also a collaboration with Trina (titled
"Bout It").
